This room comes complete with living room, bedroom with king size bed, bathroom and terrace. All the things you will need to rest soundly.
Rooms rates:
- Suite room only: 50000 tenge (110$)
- Suite room and Breakfast: 55000 tenge (120$)
- Suite room and Half board (HB includes two meals: breakfast and Lunch (or Dinner)): 65000 tenge (140$)
- Suite room and Full board (FB includes the three main meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner): 75000 tenge (160$)
Camper Stop cost:
- A one-hour stay costs 2500 tenge ($5).
- A 12-hour period costs 6000 tenge (12$);
- A 24-hour period costs 10000 tenge (about $21).
- A 36-hour period costs 15000 tenge (31$).
The price includes the usage of the supply station as well.
Cancellation: If a reservation is canceled, changed, or rescheduled less than 10 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will be lost. Cancellations made with more than 10 days’ notice will receive a full deposit refund, less a 25000 tenge ($50) cancellation fee. Deposits for the first night's accommodation are charged at the time of booking.
Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in starts at 3 p.m. Check-out is at 12 p.m. Check-in requires a valid government-issued picture ID and a major credit card.
Children: Children under the age of four are charged the full fee. Children under the age of three are admitted free of charge. Please notify us in advance if you need to add more adults or children to your accommodations. Please keep in mind that if you do not indicate the right age of each kid in your group, your total fee may be adjusted.
Guarantee Policy: At the time you make your reservation, you must pay a deposit equal to the cost of one night's stay. To make overnight bookings and stay at Eco-Hotel, guests must be at least 18 years old.
Payment: Upon check-in, your credit card will be charged the remaining amount for room and board, the administrative fee, and taxes for your entire stay. Cash, as well as Visa and MasterCard, are accepted. Please keep in mind that we strongly discourage the use of debit cards.
Pets: Pets are not permitted.
Private Property: Before bringing a car onto a hotel's property, all visitors must have made reservations for overnight stays and services. All trips and site visits must be prearranged with a member of the hotel staff in order for our guests to enjoy the peace and quiet of GO Alakol.
