Private Rental Houses

The property offers four independent family houses available for short-term rental near Lake Alakol.

House rental price:
- 50,000 tenge per house per night.

The rental includes use of the private residential house with terrace, living space, and basic household amenities.

No catering, meal, or hotel services are provided.

Rental Terms

- Contact the property owner in advance to make rental requests.

To confirm a rental period, a deposit may be required.

If the rental is cancelled less than 10 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit may not be refunded.
For cancellations made earlier than 10 days before arrival, the deposit may be refunded minus administrative costs.

Arrival and Departure

Arrival and departure times are arranged in advance with the property owner.

A valid identification document may be requested when signing the rental agreement.

Payment

Payment can be made by cash or bank card.

House Rules

- Non-smoking property

- No alcohol or drugs allowed on the premises

- No pets permitted

The houses are rented as private residential units, and tenants are responsible for maintaining the property during the rental period.
